After your cord cutting I felt immediately lighter. Having experienced your work before, this wasn’t a big surprise to me. I smiled, felt thankful, and went about the rest of my day without giving it much thought.
I’ve been having pretty much anxiety-free interactions with people these past couple of days. As well I feel grounded in a way that I can, for instance, deal with the craziness my family throws at me without feeling like I’m drowning, overwhelmed or ‘weighted down’ by their never ending madness.

On my days off from work I was spending long periods of time on my phone just scanning through social media and online shopping. I could not seem to stop-- it felt compulsive.
