I've been dealing with awful REM/deep sleep for the last few weeks and have had horrible brain fog and a nagging headache that I just can't shake with gallons of coffee. I feel a lot better today not sure what I am supposed to look for, but I feel good so far. Last night I did have great interactions with my nieces and nephews they were evacuated from the fires in Tahoe and really last night was the first night we interacted. Today my clarity is so much better and not so foggy in the head. I didn’t realize it till I thought about it.

I did this new healing, Daniel discovered 2 cords and 2 blocks on me. 24 hours later the best way to describe this is 20 years ago I was quick witted. Fast to pick up things that others missed. That has been missing from my life, I thought it was just something that went away with time. I’m back and this is fun!
